This hands-on workshop is divided into four modules which will build on each other. It is based on the best practices highlighted in the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).

  • Controlling scope using change and configuration management systems
  • Using estimating techniques
