  • Address project and resource constraints
  • Set up and customize planning templates
  • Create and manage enterprise resource pools (shared resources)
  • Set up organizational project and resource calendars

  • Create organizational project portfolios and master schedules
  • Update individual and multiple project plans using actual information
  • Review progress and variance information
  • Effectively use filters and views / tables to review, report and publish project status
  • Integrate with other MS Office applications
  • Communicate portfolio and project status
