    • Improving trust and cohesiveness to raise productivity through greater teamwork
    • Recognize and reward preferred and effective behaviors
  • Critique different approaches to performing earned value analysis for project performance and status reporting
  • Evaluate meeting management, decision-making, and issues, changes and risks management techniques to constructively deal with challenging situations
