As a Product Development Expert at Medhira Enterprises, Shobha contributes to publications, business and training development projects. Her project management expertise, including agile development, has helped to drive various Medhira’s initiatives to success.
Shobha brings over 13 years of project management work experience from various industries such as pharma and tech. She is a results driven individual who also emphasizes the importance of collaboration for solutions. She is also currently a member of the leadership team at the local PTA.

Walter Vieira, Senior Advisor
Walter Vieira is a Senior Management Consultant who started the first marketing consulting company in South Asia in 1975. He is both a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC).
Since 1989, he has been a visiting Professor at Kellogg Business School. He has taught at Cornell, Rady, Lake Forest, Goizuetta (Emory), NYU and Drexel. From 1997 – 1999, he was the Chairman of International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), the world apex body of management consultants. In 2005, Institute of Management Consultants of India awarded him the Life Time Achievement Award.
He has authored 11 books – 3 with Prof Northcote Parkinson (of Parkinson Law fame) – some of which have been translated into Chinese, Indonesian and Malaysian. These books include Manager to CEO (2006) and The Winning Manager (2005). As a business journalist, he has written over 700 articles for the longest running management column for Business World (19 years).
