Many companies are seeking certified project managers. Project Management Institute´s Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is one of the most recognized programs. PMI changes its standard for project management every four years. Further, certified project management practitioners must remain current with the latest project management standards. In this interactive workshop, participants will review the PMBOK®, Sixth Edition (released in 2017), to learn about the key changes to prepare for the relevant PMI exam and/or to apply the changes in their current practice.

This hands-on Course will include a review of the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), Sixth Edition, class quizzes, and class discussions. Participants will be provided with:

The emphasis will be on updating participants on the Sixth Edition of the PMBOK®. This Course prepares participants for the current Project Management Professional (CAPM®/PMP®) Certification Exam by reviewing the modifications from the prior version of the PMBOK®.

It satisfies 8 of the 35 Contact Hours of Project Management Education as required for the CAPM®/PMP® Certification. PMI credential holders will receive 8 PDU's at the successful completion of the workshop. Please see below for PDU details.
