This course introduces the core concepts of project management as outlined in the Project Management Institute (PMI)'s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Participants will experience teamwork and obtain practical insights into planning and implementing project plans. Further, participants will develop their project management style based on best practices.
