Achievement, execution, risk, and change based planning

This workshop will include lectures, exercises, and discussions. The emphasis is on participant discussions and exercises. Participants will be provided with a Participant Handbook.

Participants will increase their productivity, professional effectiveness and efficiency in managing extreme projects.

This course establishes the groundwork for those interested in pursuing the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certification.

Participants will receive 8 PM Contact Hours / PDUs at the successful completion of the course.
